1 DAY REPLACEMENT & 7 DAYS RE-FIXING
We don't have any REFUND policy. However we offer customer friendly 1 DAY free replacement warranty on the defective or damaged products and 7 days free re-fixing policy.
7 days re-fixing policy covers loose thread, broken thread (No accidental damage) at no extra cost.Our policy lasts 7 days only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange. However you can take the advantage of our customer friendly re-energising & accidental damage policy.
We always encourage our customers to make a opening video of unboxing the parcel received from delivery company for expediting the replacement faster. For defective or damaged products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com with in 24 hours of receipt of the product. we will replace your purchase after confirmation. After 24 Hours we wont be able to replace the broken or damaged products. However warranty of 7 days free replacement will be in force for replacement in case thread gets broken or become frail. If you find the parcel tempered or damaged, Please don't accept from courier guy and immediately inform us.

Customer has to ship the product to us in case product's thread become loose, frail or broken with in warranty period of 7 days. Misused or mishandled product can not be exchanged or replaced due to water exposure, fading and accidental damage.
We accept replacement under following reasons.
- Product received by customer was damaged
Wrong product was sent against the ordered one.
We don't entertain the replacement under following reasons
- Customer does not like the product
- Product is Fake or Quality is not good
- Customer found the product cheaper somewhere else after purchase
- Product was purchased on sale or with discount coupon
- Images are only sole representation of product,Our products are shot in different lighting and environmental condition, there are chances in little deviation in colours some time due to lighting
- Accessories & props used for showcasing the product and not the part of product.
- Shine of stainless steel products went (Shine is not permanent)
- On customised products
These are the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Justwowfactory. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Shipping cost on replacement and re-fixing
- We will arrange the return pick up at your door step in case product is received damaged. Customer has to send the images and video within 24 hours of delivery of the product to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp no: +91-7042769161. Our designing and quality team will have look at that and after assessment of damage, we will let you know if product is actually damaged. If as per our team it is damaged then we will arrange reverse or return pick up. We will bear the shipping cost for to and fro shipping in the case of damaged products.
- Where as in 7 days re-fixing policy, customer will bear the cost of sending the product to us and we will bear sending him or her back the cost of shipment from our place
- Customer has to send the images and video within 24 hours of delivery of the product to our email address.

Refund is Applicable under the following situation
- Product is not in stock
- PIN Code service not available
- Covid Affected or Sealed Zone
- Product that can not be replaced or out of stock
Refund will be given if cancellation is done before shipping with in two hrs of order placement and if the order is made on prepayment basis
Upon the receipt of your package, products will be examined and a the refund will be issued against the product. An intimation will be emailed to you or you can be informed by our support team through SMS or Whatsapp.
Exchanges (if applicable)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a USD 30 cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the bank or payment gateway companies.
