Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship to every country. however, customs charges may apply in your country, which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes between 4-7 Days for For India and 7-12 Days for International market and it is subject to extraneous factors like courier delays, weather problems and customs hold up etc.
These are estimated delivery times, Vastu Pyramid does not guarantee delivery dates. However we will try our best to deliver your product on time

I want to pay at the receipt of the product (Cash On Delivery)
Yes we offer cash on delivery to our Indian customers. But cash on delivery is subject to Pin code available and right address mentioned or confirmed by our executive after receiving the order
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel an order, once it has been dispatched. You can whatsapp, Email or SMS to cancel your order
"A customer will be permanently banned from the website," if he/she places an order on Cash on Delivery and later rejects it when it arrives

How Can i track my order ?
Once we ship the product against your order, we will update order with tracking link and you will sent the tracking link and id both, so that you can track it at your own
Where you can enter your tracking code and it will let you know. However, we always send an email confirming about your order fulfilment, where you can click on your tracking id and it will also help you track the status of your order.
